Shipping policy

At Paragon Diamonds, we strive to deliver your purchase to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All parcels are shipped via DSV Couriers within South Africa and DHL or Aramex Internationally. 

Delivery timeframes will be product dependent and will be communicated on order. 

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders above R3000. For orders below R3000, shipping fees will be calculated and added to your total during checkout.

In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, it is your responsibility to book the courier for the return shipment from your location to ours.
